I cannot do all three well. Which platform should a creator focus on first, and why?

Each platform wins at something. TikTok is the fastest for cold discovery, Instagram is where most brand deals still happen, and YouTube builds the deepest trust and the best long-term income. Pick one as home based on your niche and format, then repurpose to the others. Do not split focus across three from day one, you will grow slower on all of them.

What each platform wins at

There is no best platform, only the best fit for your goal.

TikTok for discovery

Fastest reach to brand new audiences from a cold start.

Instagram for brand deals

Still where the most paid creator deals happen.

YouTube for long-term income

Deepest trust and the best long-run earnings.

I went YouTube first for long-term income, repurpose to Shorts and Reels. Slower start, better base.

Instagram still gets me the most brand deals by far. TikTok gets the views, IG gets the budget.

TikTok for discovery, then funnel to YouTube. Picking one home base instead of three changed everything.
