James CarterCo-founder and CEO

James built KALO IQ after running influencer campaigns for mid-market DTC brands and watching half the budget go to creators with fake followings. He leads product vision, fundraising and sales.

Michael ThompsonCo-founder and CTO

Michael built the verification pipeline that checks every creator as a real active American before they enter the database. He leads engineering across the platform and data infrastructure.

Emily JohnsonCOO

Emily runs operations across our 16-country team, keeping delivery on schedule and clients supported at scale.

Daniel BrooksHead of Growth

Daniel owns acquisition, SEO and partnership channels. He joined from a performance marketing agency where he ran influencer spend for 40 DTC brands.

Ryan MitchellHead of Sales

Ryan leads the sales team and oversees all inbound and outbound for brands and agencies. He has closed 100+ brand accounts since joining in 2022.

Sophia MillerHead of Creator Relations

Sophia manages relationships with creators and runs the verification team that manually checks every creator in the database. She writes our creator research and platform guides.

Olivia TurnerHead of Product

Olivia owns the product roadmap and works daily with engineering and customer success to ship features brands actually ask for.

Benjamin ParkerFinance Lead

Benjamin handles finance, billing and the vendor relationships that keep a 50-person remote team running cleanly.
