Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the KALO IQ influencer marketing platform at kaloiq.com. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using KALO IQ on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.

The platform is operated by KALO IQ, which is registered internationally and reachable at 9100 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 333, Beverly Hills, CA 90212, United States. References to "KALO IQ", "we", "us" or "our" mean the KALO IQ business.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it current. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Using the platform

KALO IQ gives you access to creator data, outreach tools and campaign tracking. You may use the platform only for lawful business purposes connected to influencer marketing. You may not scrape the platform, resell access, reverse engineer it or use it to build a competing product. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Billing and payment

KALO IQ is offered free to start, with a paid plan at $79 a month for the full platform. Paid plans bill monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Your subscription renews automatically each month at $79 until you cancel. Your payment method is charged at the start of each period. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We will tell you in advance of any price change.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use KALO IQ to send spam, harass creators, misrepresent your identity or violate any platform's terms when you contact creators. You are responsible for your own communications and campaigns. We provide the tools, you are accountable for how you use them and for complying with advertising and disclosure rules.

Creator data

Creator information in the platform comes from publicly available sources and our verification process. We work to keep it accurate. We do not guarantee it is complete or current. You are responsible for your own decisions about which creators to work with and for any agreements you make with them directly.

Your rights as a customer

You own the data and content you put into KALO IQ. You can export your account data while your subscription is active. You may use creator information you find in the platform to run your own outreach and campaigns. You may not resell it, redistribute it as a standalone dataset or use it to build a competing product. When your subscription ends, you should export anything you want to keep, since access to the platform stops at that point.

We use reasonable efforts to verify creators and keep their information accurate, including human review by our verification team. This is an effort commitment, not a guarantee, because public data changes constantly and outside our control. If you find data you believe is wrong, tell us and we will look into it. If the platform is materially unavailable or not as described, contact us and we will work in good faith to make it right.

Rights of creators

KALO IQ lists information about creators that is drawn from public sources. If you are a creator, you have real rights over that listing. We do not sell your personal information. You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to remove your profile from the platform. To protect against bad-faith requests, we verify that a request genuinely comes from the creator or an authorized representative before we act, then we honor verified removal requests.

KALO IQ provides the directory and tools. The brands and agencies who use the platform are responsible for how they contact you and for following the advertising, anti-spam and disclosure rules that apply to them. If a brand contacts you in a way that breaks those rules, email [email protected]. You can use the same address to raise any concern about your listing and we will respond.

Intellectual property

KALO IQ and its software, design and content are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform while your account is active. You keep ownership of the data and content you upload. You grant us the right to use it to provide the service.

Reporting IP or content concerns

We respect intellectual property and we expect our customers to do the same. If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright or other rights, send a notice to [email protected]. Use the same address if you believe information about you should not be shown. Tell us what the content is, where it appears, why you are concerned and how we can verify your identity or your rights. Include your contact details so we can follow up.

We review every notice we receive and remove or disable content that infringes rights or breaks our rules. We may share the notice with the party who submitted the content so they can respond. We may keep a record of notices and our actions. If you submit a notice in bad faith, we may decline to act on future requests from you.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or that results will meet your expectations. Influencer marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the creators you choose and your own campaign decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, KALO IQ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Termination

You can close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms or use the platform in a way that harms us or other users. On termination, your right to use the platform ends. Sections meant to survive termination, such as payment and liability, continue to apply.

Governing law and disputes

KALO IQ is registered and operates internationally and serves customers in many countries. We comply with the data protection and consumer laws that apply to you where you use the platform, including the GDPR in Europe, the UK GDPR and equivalent frameworks elsewhere. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it with you directly and in good faith. Where mandatory local law gives you rights or a forum that cannot be waived, nothing in these terms takes those away. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves or the law requires. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and notify you where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
