Connecting your email account
Go to Settings > Integrations > Email. Connect your work Gmail or Outlook account. KALO IQ sends outreach from your own email address - not from a shared platform domain - which improves deliverability and gives creators a recognisable sender to reply to.

Writing outreach that gets responses
Keep your message under 120 words. The structure that consistently gets above-25% open rates:
- Line 1: One sentence referencing something specific from their recent content. This proves you watched their content and are not sending a bulk template.
- Lines 2-3: Who you are, what the product is and what you are offering. If it is paid outreach, include the fee or range. Transparency on rate eliminates the biggest source of dropped conversations.
- Line 4: A clear ask with a deadline. "Would you be open to chatting this week?" or "Are you available for a March campaign?"

The outreach dashboard shows open rate, reply rate and conversion rate (creators who moved from reply to confirmed campaign participant) for each outreach batch. Use these numbers to improve the template over time.
