Search stability patch, three fixes
v3.3.1 is a mid-cycle patch shipping three stability fixes for creator search, outreach delivery plus campaign attribution. No new features in this release; the next minor version (v3.4) opens AI Discovery beta.
Creator search smart-ranking edge cases
Smart-ranking introduced in v3.3 was occasionally placing engagement-quality below follower count in niche-saturated categories. The composite scoring was rebalanced to weight engagement-quality consistently across all niches.
- Affects search ranking across all niches
- Engagement-quality weight rebalanced
- Old follower-count ranking still available as toggle
Outreach SMTP retry logic
Outreach emails that failed on the first send due to transient SMTP errors were not retrying. The retry queue is now active with exponential backoff up to 3 attempts. Successful delivery rate up from 96.8% to 99.4%.
Shopify integration timezone offset
Shopify integration was attributing some orders to the wrong day in workspaces with non-Pacific timezone settings. Order timestamp normalization now uses the Shopify store's configured timezone instead of UTC.
Campaign dashboard refresh polling
Dashboard auto-refresh was polling every 5 seconds even when the user had the dashboard in a background tab. Now uses Page Visibility API plus pauses polling when the tab is hidden, reducing API load by an estimated 60% on average.
Better error messages on outreach failures
When outreach delivery fails after retries, the platform now shows the user a clear actionable error message (creator inbox full, address bounced, send-from domain not configured) instead of a generic failure.
Coming next
v3.4 opens AI Discovery private beta on Growth plus Agency plans. Target: mid-May 2025.
For developers
No API changes in this patch release. Old clients continue to work without modification.
