v3.7 marks KALO IQ's Shopify Plus Certified App Partner status plus ships expanded reporting capabilities including cross-platform performance attribution. Two fixes round out the release.

KALO IQ is now certified in the Shopify Plus Certified App Partner program. Shopify Plus brands using KALO IQ get priority technical support plus access to Plus-tier extended integration capabilities at no add-on cost.

Cross-platform attribution reporting
Reports now combine attribution data across Shopify, Meta CAPI plus TikTok Shop into a single creator-level performance view. Brands no longer need to manually reconcile data across three dashboards.

API rate limits raised
API rate limits on Agency plan raised from 600 to 1,500 requests per minute. Growth plan stayed at 300. Free plan at 60. Affects custom integrations plus enterprise teams running scripted exports.
Campaign template loading bug on Safari 17
Campaign templates were failing to load on Safari 17 with a particular WebKit version due to a localStorage quota issue. Workaround shipped plus full fix coming in v3.8.
Outreach send-from email validation
Outreach send-from addresses with hyphens in the subdomain (mail-1.brand.com) were being rejected by validation despite being valid SMTP addresses. Validation regex updated.
