AI Discovery cache invalidation on niche-taxonomy updates
When the niche taxonomy expanded in v4.0, AI Discovery was occasionally returning stale shortlists for the first 30 minutes after a niche change. Cache invalidation logic now correctly propagates niche-taxonomy updates.
Workspace audit log API pagination
The audit log API was returning correct data but the cursor pagination was occasionally skipping events near rollover boundaries. Cursor handling rewritten to use server-stable record IDs.
