How to import your existing creator list into KALO IQ

KALO IQ accepts creator imports in CSV format. Supported columns:

• handle (required): The creator's Instagram, TikTok or YouTube handle. Include the @ symbol or leave it out - KALO IQ handles both.
• platform (required): instagram, tiktok, youtube or twitter
• name: Creator's display name
• email: Contact email if you have it
• followers: Current follower count
• er: Engagement rate as a decimal (e.g. 0.042 for 4.2%)
• niche: Content category
• notes: Any relationship notes you want to carry over
• rate: Last agreed rate in USD

Only handle and platform are required. All other fields are optional and will be filled from the KALO IQ database for creators who are verified members.

Go to Lists > Import creators. Upload your CSV file. KALO IQ previews the first 10 rows so you can confirm the column mapping is correct. If the columns do not auto-map, use the dropdown to match each column header to the correct field.

Click Import. For creators who are in the KALO IQ verified database, their profiles are enriched with current engagement data, audience demographics and fake follower scores automatically. For creators not in the database, your imported data is stored as-is.

Imported creators appear in a new list named after your imported file. From there you can:

• View enriched profiles for any creator found in the KALO IQ database
• Start outreach to any creator whose email is available
• Add creators to campaign records
• Merge the imported list with an existing list

Imported creators who are not in the KALO IQ verified database are stored in your account but marked as "unverified." Their engagement and audience data will not be enriched automatically. You can still add them to campaigns and track outreach manually.

The notes and rate fields from your import are preserved in KALO IQ and not overwritten by the platform's database data. If you have recorded that a creator charges $800 per post and prefers DMs to email, that information stays in the notes field alongside the verified database data.

Export a backup of your original spreadsheet before importing - it is good practice regardless of which platform you are using.
