How to connect KALO IQ campaign tracking to Google Analytics 4
Connecting KALO IQ to Google Analytics 4 lets the campaign dashboard show attributed conversions alongside clicks and reach. Here is how to set it up and verify it is working.
What you need before starting
You need: a Google Analytics 4 property set up for your website, the GA4 Measurement ID (starts with G-, found in GA4 Admin > Data Streams), Admin access to both your KALO IQ account and your GA4 property.
You also need at least one conversion event configured in GA4. Common options: purchase (fires on order completion for ecommerce), generate_lead (fires on form submissions) or a custom event for sign-ups. Without a conversion event, KALO IQ can show clicks and sessions but not conversions.
Connecting GA4 to KALO IQ
In KALO IQ, go to Settings > Integrations > Google Analytics 4. Enter your GA4 Measurement ID and click Connect. KALO IQ will request read access to your GA4 property through Google OAuth.
Sign in with the Google account that has Admin access to your GA4 property. Approve the read access request. KALO IQ does not write data to GA4 - it only reads conversion and session data attributed to KALO IQ UTM links.

Verifying the connection works
After connecting, run a verification test:
- Open any KALO IQ campaign and copy a creator's UTM tracking link
- Click the link from your browser (not in incognito mode)
- Wait 24 hours (GA4 data has a processing delay)
- In GA4, go to Reports > Acquisition > Traffic acquisition
- Filter by Source/Medium. Look for "kaloiq / influencer" or the UTM source from the link
- Confirm a session appears with the correct source
If the session does not appear after 24 hours, check that the UTM parameters in the link are not being stripped by your website's redirect setup.
What appears in the KALO IQ dashboard after connection
Once connected and with live campaign traffic, the campaign dashboard shows:
- Sessions from each creator's UTM link
- Goal completions (purchases, sign-ups) attributed to each creator
- Calculated CPA per creator (creator fee divided by attributed conversions)
- Calculated ROAS (attributed revenue divided by creator fee) for ecommerce goals
Data updates every 24 hours. Real-time clicks appear in KALO IQ within minutes but conversion data reflects GA4's processing delay.
