KALO IQ reporting: how to build a campaign results report

A KALO IQ campaign report pulls data from your tracked campaign record and includes:

• Campaign overview: Dates, creator count, total budget and goal
• Reach and impressions: Estimated total reach across all creator posts
• Engagement summary: Total likes, comments and shares across all posts
• Click data: Total clicks on campaign UTM links per creator
• Conversion data: Purchases, sign-ups or other goals attributed to campaign traffic (requires GA4 connection)
• Per-creator breakdown: Individual performance for every creator in the campaign
• ROI calculation: ROAS and CPA based on creator fees and attributed revenue

Go to Campaigns, open the campaign and click Generate report. KALO IQ compiles the data from your campaign record and any connected GA4 or Shopify data.

Reports generate in about 30 seconds for standard campaigns. Campaigns with more than 50 creators may take 2-3 minutes to compile.

Before exporting, you can customise the report view:

• Add a campaign summary note (written context for the data)
• Select which metrics to show or hide (for example, hide individual creator rates if sharing with a client who does not need that detail)
• Set a date range if the campaign ran across multiple periods
• On Agency plans: add client branding via the white-label report builder

PDF export (Growth and Agency plans): Generates a formatted report document suitable for client presentation or stakeholder review. Includes charts, per-creator tables and the campaign summary.

CSV export (Growth and Agency plans): Exports raw campaign data for import into your own reporting stack or for further analysis in Google Sheets.

Starter plan: Reports are viewable in the KALO IQ dashboard but not exportable. Upgrade to Growth to enable export.
