3.4x Average Creator ROI Documented in Q2 2025 Research
KALO IQ today released its Q2 2025 US Creator ROI Report, analyzing 12,200 creator campaigns to measure return on creator spend. Verified-creator datasets produced 2.1x higher ROI than unverified pools, the largest gap recorded in KALO IQ research.
Headline findings
Across the 12,200 campaigns analyzed, the average return on creator spend was 3.4x (revenue divided by total creator spend). Brands using hand-verified-only creator pools averaged 4.8x. Brands using unverified pools averaged 2.3x.
Why verification drives ROI
The 2.1x gap reflects three forces. First, hand-verified creators have less bot-padded reach so paid impressions hit real humans. Second, US-resident verification means audience-product fit aligns with US DTC sales funnels. Third, verified creators self-select for professionalism in deliverable quality.
Category-level data
Beauty plus skincare led with 5.4x ROI on verified-only pools. Fitness ran 4.1x. Food plus supplements ran 3.9x. Fashion plus accessories ran 3.6x. The lowest performing tracked category was home goods at 2.8x.
