v3.2Released February 25, 2025

SOC 2 Type I compliance, faster creator search

v3.2 marks SOC 2 Type I compliance plus shipped search performance improvements that drop median query times below 1 second for the first time. Two stability fixes ship alongside.

NEW

SOC 2 Type I compliance

KALO IQ achieved SOC 2 Type I compliance on February 12, 2025. The audit was conducted by an independent AICPA-licensed firm plus covered security, availability plus confidentiality controls. Type II observation period started.

  • Independent audit complete
  • Report available on request through sales
  • Type II observation period started
  • ISO 27001 certification on roadmap for 2027
IMPROVED

Sub-second creator search

Search query latency improved across the board. Median time on combined-filter queries fell from 1.4s to 0.92s. Backend caching plus index optimization handle the lion's share. Cached queries return in under 100ms.

  • Median: 1.4s → 0.92s
  • P95: 4.1s → 2.7s
  • Cache hits under 100ms
IMPROVED

Smarter default filter selection

First-time campaign creators saw a blank filter slate that overwhelmed them. The new defaults pre-populate the niche field from the campaign brief plus the engagement-rate filter from the campaign type, cutting first-search time substantially.

FIXED

CSV export character encoding

CSV exports containing creator names with non-ASCII characters (accents, emoji handles) corrupted in Microsoft Excel. Now exports as UTF-8 with BOM, which Excel handles correctly.

FIXED

Outreach reply notifications

Email notifications for creator replies to outreach were duplicating in some accounts after a creator replied multiple times in the same thread. Now consolidates into a single notification per thread per day.

Coming next

v3.3 will ship the 50M verified creator database milestone plus initial AI discovery preview. Target: late March 2025.

For developers

Search API responses now include a query_id field for client-side tracing. Old clients ignore it without errors.
