When you are charged
You are billed on the day you first subscribed, then on that same date each month or year depending on your plan. Monthly plans renew every month, yearly plans renew once a year at the discounted rate.
Find and download invoices
- Open Billing.
- Scroll to Invoice history.
- Click any invoice to download a PDF.
Every invoice is itemised with your plan, the period it covers and any proration.
Update your card or billing details
In Billing, click Payment method to update your card. Click Billing details to add a company name, address or tax or VAT number, which then appears on every future invoice.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. Add them under Billing > Billing details and they appear on all future invoices.
That is proration. It happens when you upgrade mid-cycle, covering the higher tier for the rest of the current period only.
