How to change your email or password

Both changes live in your account settings and take a few seconds. Here is where they are, plus what to do if a reset email does not arrive.

Change your password

  1. Open Settings > Account.
  2. Click Change password.
  3. Enter your current password, then your new one (at least 8 characters).
  4. Save. You stay logged in on this device and are signed out everywhere else.

Change your email address

In Settings > Account, click Change email and enter the new address. We send a confirmation link to the new email. Click it to finish the switch. Until you confirm, your old email stays active so you are never locked out.

If you are locked out

On the login screen click Forgot password and enter your email. The reset link arrives within a minute or two. If it does not, check spam and confirm you are using the email tied to your account. Still stuck? Email [email protected] from any address and the team will verify you another way.
