KALO IQ integrations: what connects and how to set it up

What it does: Connects your Gmail or Outlook account so KALO IQ can send outreach from your own email address and track opens and replies.

Plan required: All paid plans (Starter and above).

Setup: Settings > Integrations > Email > Connect Gmail or Connect Outlook. Authorise through OAuth. KALO IQ only sends outreach emails - it does not read your inbox.

What it does: Connects KALO IQ campaign data to your GA4 property. Lets the campaign dashboard show attributed sessions, conversions and revenue from creator UTM links.

Plan required: All paid plans.

Setup: Settings > Integrations > Google Analytics > Enter GA4 Measurement ID > Authorise via Google OAuth. Requires GA4 Admin access on the authorising Google account.

What it does: Directly connects KALO IQ to your Shopify store for purchase attribution. More reliable than GA4 alone for ecommerce campaigns because it captures purchases across multiple browser sessions from the same UTM source.

Plan required: Growth and Agency plans.

Setup: Settings > Integrations > Shopify > Enter your Shopify store URL > Authorise through Shopify OAuth. KALO IQ reads order data attributed to campaign UTM parameters - it does not access customer PII or write any data to your Shopify store.

What it does: Gives programmatic access to KALO IQ campaign data, creator lists and performance metrics for custom reporting or integration with your internal data stack.

Plan required: Agency plan only.

Setup: Settings > Integrations > API > Generate API key. Documentation for available endpoints is at kaloiq.com/api-docs/. The API provides read access to your account data. Write operations (creating campaigns, importing creators) are not currently supported through the API.
