Deleting your account and data

Email [email protected] from your account email and ask for account deletion. We verify it is you, then permanently remove your account. Export anything you want to keep first, since deletion cannot be undone.

Deletion removes your account, your saved lists, your campaigns and your outreach history. Once processed, this data is gone for good and cannot be recovered. This is different from cancelling, which only moves you to the free plan.

We are legally required to retain certain billing and transaction records for tax and accounting for a limited period, even after deletion. These are kept separately, used only for that purpose and not for anything else. The detail is in the privacy policy.
