While your account is active
We keep your account and workspace data for as long as your account is open, because that data is the product working for you. Nothing is deleted on a timer while you are an active user.
After you cancel or delete
Cancelling keeps your data on the free plan. Requesting deletion removes your account data permanently once processed. There is no long limbo period: deletion means deletion, aside from the records below.
Records we retain by law
Billing and transaction records are kept for a limited period to meet tax and accounting requirements, even after account deletion. They are stored separately and used only for compliance. See the privacy policy for exact periods.
