If you are covered by GDPR or a similar law, you have the right to access, export or delete your personal data. Here is how to exercise it with KALO IQ.
What you can request
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, a correction to it or its deletion. These rights apply to your account and personal information. Much of it you can already do yourself: export lists any time and update your details in settings.
How to make a request
Email [email protected] from your account email and state what you want: access, correction or deletion. We verify your identity, then respond within the timeframe the law requires, usually within one month.
Creator data
Creator profile data in KALO IQ comes from public sources and licensed providers. If a creator wants their data handled, they can contact us at the same address and we will process the request in line with applicable law.
