Importing a creator list from CSV
Already have creators in a spreadsheet? Import them into KALO IQ and get verified audience data on each one. Here is how to format the file and run the import.
Format your CSV
Your file needs one creator per row. The only required column is the handle or profile URL. Add a platform column (Instagram, TikTok or YouTube) so KALO IQ matches the right account. Any extra columns such as notes or rates are kept as-is.
Run the import
- Go to Lists and click Import CSV.
- Upload your file and map your columns to the fields shown.
- Confirm. KALO IQ matches each creator and pulls in verified audience data.
What you get back
On import, each matched creator is enriched with the same verified data as a search result: audience location, engagement rate and the fake follower score. So a list you built by hand in a spreadsheet becomes a vetted, data-backed shortlist you can act on.
