Saving a creator to a list

Lists are how you turn a search into an organized shortlist your whole team can work from. Here is how to save creators, organize lists and keep your vetting tidy.

Save a creator

Click any creator card to open their profile, review the audience data, then click Save to list. Create a new list (for example "Spring campaign shortlist") or add them to an existing one. Saved creators appear under Lists in the left sidebar.

Organize by campaign or stage

Keep one list per campaign. Or split it by stage: a wide "Prospects" list, a vetted "Shortlist" and a final "Contacted" list. Move creators between lists as they pass each check. This keeps a clear record of where everyone stands.

Lists are shared with your team

Lists live at the workspace level, so every teammate sees the same lists in real time. When one person saves a creator, the rest of the team sees it. No exporting or re-sharing spreadsheets.
