Sending your first outreach message
KALO IQ sends outreach through your own connected email, so messages land like a real person wrote them. Here is how to connect your email and send a first message that earns replies.
Connect your email first
Go to Settings > Integrations > Email and connect your work email. Outreach then sends from your real address, not a generic platform domain, which lifts deliverability and reply rates. You only do this once.
Send from a saved list
- Open a saved list and select the creators you want to contact.
- Click Start outreach.
- Write your message or start from a template.
- Send. Replies come back to your normal inbox and sync into KALO IQ.
Write a message that gets replies
Keep it under 120 words. Reference something specific about their recent content so it is clearly not a blast. State what you are offering, a rate or rate range and one clear next step. Vague messages get ignored. Specific, respectful ones get answered.
