Where to see your rates

Open Outreach and select a campaign or sequence. The summary shows messages sent, open rate, reply rate and how many turned into conversations. Each creator row shows their individual status: opened, replied or no response.

What healthy looks like

  • Open rate: 50%+ is healthy when sending from a connected real email.
  • Reply rate: 15 to 30% is strong for cold creator outreach with a specific, relevant message.

If opens are low, your subject line or sender reputation needs work. If opens are fine but replies are low, the message itself is the problem.

Use the numbers to improve

Low replies usually trace back to a generic message or a poor creator-to-brand fit. Tighten your targeting first, then your message. Small changes to the first line and the offer move reply rates more than anything else.
