Campaign dashboard showing zero data

Updated June 3, 2026 · By Sophia Miller

A campaign dashboard sitting at zero is usually a setup or timing issue, not a broken campaign. Work through these causes in order.

Give it time on a new campaign

If the campaign just launched, data takes time to appear. Creators need to post, audiences need to click and GA4 needs to process. Wait 24 to 48 hours after the first posts go live before worrying about a zero dashboard.

Check the GA4 connection and conversions

If time has passed and it is still zero, confirm your GA4 connection is active with your conversions set up in GA4. A dashboard at zero with live posts almost always traces back to a connection or conversion-tracking gap.

Check the tracking links were used

Confirm creators posted their unique tracking links, not plain URLs. Clicks on an untagged link cannot be attributed and will leave the dashboard empty even when a campaign is performing. Re-send the correct links if needed.
