UTM links not tracking in GA4

If creator clicks are not showing up in GA4 or your ROI report, the cause is usually one of three things. Here is how to check each.

Check the GA4 connection

Go to Settings > Integrations > Google Analytics 4 and confirm the connection is active and pointed at the property that runs on your site. A connection pointed at the wrong property is the most common cause of missing data.

Check conversions are set up in GA4

KALO IQ can only report conversions that GA4 tracks. Confirm your key events such as purchase or sign-up are marked as conversions in GA4. If clicks show but revenue does not, this is almost always why.

Check the links were actually used

Confirm each creator used their own unique link, not a plain link to your site. If a creator posted a generic URL instead of their tracking link, those clicks cannot be attributed. Re-send the correct link and ask them to update it.
