Outreach emails not sending
If your outreach is not going out, it is nearly always the email connection or a sending limit. Here is how to find and fix the cause.
Check your email connection
Go to Settings > Integrations > Email and confirm your account still shows as connected. Connections can drop if you changed your email password or revoked access. Reconnect and try sending again.
Check sending limits
Email providers cap how many messages you can send per day. If you are sending a large batch, you may have hit your provider's daily limit, not a KALO IQ limit. Spread large sends across a couple of days, which also protects your sender reputation.
Check authentication
If your emails send but land in spam, your domain authentication may need work. Setting up SPF and DKIM for your sending domain lifts deliverability sharply. If you are not sure how, your IT team or email provider can set these up quickly.
